The Seahawks have signed 32-year old DE/DT Raheem Brock.  Brock played in 16 games (8 starts) for the Seahawks last season and he had 32 tackles, 3.5 sacks and he defensed 1 pass.  He has now played in 120 games (104 starts) in his 8 years in the NFL and he has 287 tackles, 28.5 sacks, 16 passes defensed and 11 forced fumbles.  If Brock has anything left at all he should help the Seahawks in 2010.
