2. (49) Max Unger, C
The Seahawks were happy to see Max Unger slide to them in the 2nd round of the NFL Draft. He is one of a very few offensive lineman who could start at center, guard or tackle. But, Unger’s best position is at center where he is a good run and pass blocker. He’s very adept at chipping defenders to help out his fellow linemen. The 6′4″, 299 pound Unger played in 51 games (all starts) in his 4 year career at Oregon.
