The Seattle Seahawks sign old friend Koren Robinson
The Seahawks have signed 28-year old WR Koren Robinson to a 1-year contract. Robinson played in 9 games (1 start) for the Packers last season and he caught 21 passes for 245 yards (11.5 avg) with 1 TD grab. Robinson played his best four seasons of his NFL career in Seattle and the team is hoping that he can regain that magic. In his four years in Seattle, Robinson played in 57 games (52 starts) and he caught 213 passes for 3,167 yards (14.9 avg) with 12 TD grabs. He also carried the ball 17 times for 87 yards (5.1 ypc) for the Seahawks. Signing Robinson after the way he left Seattle shows how desperate the team has become at WR. But, Robinson might surprise and play pretty well for them. This was a move that was worth the risk because of Robinson’s upside.
