Shaun Alexander has started to show wear and tear on his body from all of his heavy work in the past.  Alexander played in 13 games (10 starts) last season for the Seahawks and he carried the ball 207 times for 716 yards (3.5 ypc) with 4 TD runs.  He also caught 14 passes for 76 yards (5.4 avg) with 1 TD grab.  Alexander has now played in 119 games (96 starts) in his NFL career and he has carried the ball 2,176 times for 9,429 yards (4.3 ypc) with 100 TD runs.  He also has caught 214 passes for 1,511 yards (7.1 avg) with 12 TD grabs.

Maurice Morris got the first extended playing time of his career and he did o.k.  Morris played in 14 games (6 starts) for the Seahawks last season and he carried the ball 140 times for 628 yards (4.5 ypc) with 4 TD runs.  He also caught 23 passes for 213 yards (9.3 avg) with 1 TD grab.  Morris has now played in 88 games (17 starts) in his NFL career and he has carried the ball 472 times for 2,038 yards (4.3 ypc) with 5 TD runs.  He also has caught 55 passes for 417 yards (7.6 avg) with 2 TD grabs.

Leonard Weaver took over as the starting fullback after Mack Strong had to retire due to a neck and back injury and he played well.  Weaver played in 16 games (4 starts) last season for the Seahawks and he carried the football 33 times for 146 yards (4.4 ypc) with 1 TD run.  He also caught 39 passes for 313 yards (8.0 avg).  Weaver has now played in 32 games (4 starts) in his NFL career and he has carried the ball 50 times for 226 yards (4.5 ypc) with 1 TD run.  He also has caught 40 passes for 325 yards (8.1 avg).

Mack Strong had to retire due to injury but he did play a little bit.  Strong played in 5 games (2 starts) last season for the Seahawks and he carried the ball 4 times for 19 yards (4.8 ypc).  He also caught 9 passes for 72 yards (8.0 avg).  Strong has played in 201 games (104 starts) in his NFL career and he has carried the ball 230 times for 909 yards (4.0 ypc) with 5 TD runs.  Strong also has caught 218 passes for 1,456 yards (6.7 avg) with 10 TD grabs.

Alvin Pearman didn’t get a chance to show what he could do in 2007.  Pearman played in 3 games (0 starts) for the Seahawks last season and he caught 1 pass for 1 yard.  Pearman has now played in 32 games (0 starts) in his NFL career and he has carried the ball 58 times for 238 yards (4.1 ypc) with 2 TD runs.  He also has caught 35 passes for 253 yards (7.2 avg).
