Atlanta Falcons 44, Seattle Seahawks 41

The Seahawks played their backups a lot in this game on offense and they still almost beat the Falcons on the road.  Matt Hasselbeck started the game and he completed 15 of 25 passes for 147 yards with a TD pass.  Seneca Wallace replaced him and he was effective as usual as he completed 17 of 22 passes for 206 yards with 2 TD passes and 1 interception.  Maurice Morris was the leading rusher for the Seahawks with 91 yards on 13 carries (7.0 ypc) with a TD run.  He also caught 4 passes for 18 yards (4.5 avg).  Leonard Weaver also got a lot of work in as he carried the ball 8 times for 34 yards (4.3 ypc) and he caught 6 passes for 39 yards (6.5 avg).  Shaun Alexander made a brief appearance and he carried the ball 8 times for 31 yards (3.9 ypc) with a TD run.  Nate Burleson (7 rec, 119 yards, 2 TDs) and Bobby Engram (4 rec, 65 yards, TD)  both had really good games for the Seahawks.  The Seahawks finished with 167 yards rushing on 31 carries (5.4 ypc) and they also completed 32 of 47 passes for 334 yards.

Safety Deon Grant led the way for the Seahawks defense with 7 tackles in this game.  The Falcons finished up with 124 yards on 29 carries (4.3 ypc) and they also completed 17 of 27 passes for 240 yards.
