The Seahawks offense continued to purr against a usually rugged Bears defense and that was the reason for this big win.  Matt Hasselbeck was outstanding again today as he completed 30 of 44 passes for 337 yards with 2 TD passes and 0 interceptions.  Maurice Morris was outstanding also as he carried the ball 18 times for 87 yards (4.8 ypc) with a TD run and he also caught a pass for 19 yards.  D.J. Hackett had a great game against the Bears as he caught 9 passes for 136 yards (15.1 avg) with a TD grab.  Bobby Engram also had a solid game with 8 catches for 84 yards (10.5 avg).  The Seahawks finished with 103 yards rushing on 23 carries (4.5 ypc) and they also completed 30 of 44 passes for 322 yards.

The Seahawks defense played just well enough to win this game.  LeRoy Hill led the way for the Seahawks with 10 tackles.  Deion Grant also had a solid game with 9 tackles.  DEs Patrick Kerney (5 tackles, 3 sacks) and Darryl Tapp (5 tackles, sack, fumble recovery) were both giving Rex Grossman fits all day long.  The Bears finished up with 107 yards rushing on 22 carries (4.9 ypc) and they also completed 24 of 37 passes for 238 yards.
